If I forget my password, how can I recover it?

How do I update my e-mail address or change my password?
Please sign in to www.slimzone.com using the e-mail address (username) and password you registered with us, then go to the "My Account" section of Customer Care. From there you can change your password or update your e-mail address. When you change your e-mail address, we will send a confirming e-mail to both your old and new e-mail addresses. Please be aware that when you change your e-mail address, that will become your new username.

Important: When you update your account information like address, telephone number or email address on the web please also call our Customer Service for confirmation.
