Regrettably at this time SlimZone only ships to the US and Canada.


Order Status and Tracking

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once you've placed your order online you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been successfully processed you will receive an email to let you know that your order has been shipped.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you may view the status of your order anytime by clicking My Account at the top of the screen. There you will see a summary of all orders placed under your account, you will then be able to click on a specific order to view details such as Order Status.

You can also call Customer Service to inquire on the status of your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your refund policy?
A full refund of your purchase price (less shipping and handling) will be processed on your initial trial bottle and any subsequent unopened bottles.

How long is the guarantee period?
All SlimZone products are guaranteed for 45 days. We will only process refunds for return shipments that are postmarked no more than 45 days from the date your shipment left our warehouse.

How do I get a refund?
1. Call Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization code 1-877-205-0060
   (Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm PST)
2. Write the Return Authorization code on your original paperwork.
3. Return the products with all original paperwork to the address below.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Mailing: For your security please insure your returning products. SlimZone is not responsible for any charges or loss related to the return of products. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products.
