Getting a refund is easy. Follow these simple steps:

1. Call Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization code
    1-877-205-0060 (Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm PST)
2. Write the Return Authorization code on your original paperwork.
3. Return the products with all original paperwork to the address below.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Refund Period
All SlimZone products are guaranteed for 45 days. We will only process refunds for return shipments that are postmarked no more than 45 days from the date your shipment left our warehouse.

For your security please insure your returning products. SlimZone is not responsible for any charges or loss related to the return of products. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products.

Refund Policy
