How do I set up an online account?
As a new Slimzone customer you will be asked to set up an online account with your first Slimzone order.
As part of our registration process, you will be asked for the following information:
Your username (your email address)
A password

Logging In
What is my login/account name?
Your login/account name is your e-mail address.
If I forget my password, how can I recover it?
There is a password recovery process available at this location. Your password will be sent to you in an email.
Using My Account
How do I access my account?
To access your personal information, click on "My Account" on the top right of the page and log in. You'll be able to review and edit the below information.
Order Status and History
Name and Password
Billing and Shipping Information
Important: When you update your account information like address, telephone number or email address on the web please also call our Customer Service for confirmation.
